Laparoscopy is a technique in which surgeries are performed by inflating the intra-abdominal cavity with a gas and entering this space with the help of a camera. It has been used in urology for a long time. Many surgeries are performed with this method. Especially kidney surgeries are surgical interventions that we perform frequently. Laparoscopy is a closed surgery technique. The patient recovers quickly, with less pain, fewer incisions and scars, quick return to work and better cosmetic appearance. Surgery can be performed using laparoscopy without making very large incisions. There is less bleeding during surgery and lower complication rates.
